Freezing recipe from Tree-Ripe Citrus Co.

3 cups water
2 cups white sugar
One 6 ounce can of frozen orange juice concentrate
approximately 20 peaches
 

To freeze:
boil water and sugar together
add orange juice concentrate to water/sugar mix, allow to cool
to peel, dip in boiling water for 30 seconds, then dip into cold water, and remove skins
cut as desired (halves or slices), remove pit
cover peeled peaches with mixture in freezer-safe containers, then freeze
