Georgia Pecans
We work predominantly with the Elliot variety of pecans, a variety known for its beautiful golden brown color and unique creaminess, sweetness, and exceptional flavor.
See the difference
Pecans you get in the grocery store can be years old from when they were harvested. Our customers get the freshest pecans delivered directly to them just days from harvest at Pearson farm. Our customers have told us the difference in taste is one of the most dramatic of any of our offerings.
Warm weather all year long and the perfect red clay soil makes Georgia one of the greatest places for pecan trees to thrive. The massive pecan trees need lots of room and tons of sunshine and water to produce our tasty pecans so they can be available most of the year! In fact, Georgia produces an estimated 100 million pounds of pecans every year.
Pearson Farm
For more than 135 years, Pearson Farm in Zenith, Georgia has been growing the most incredible Elliott pecans, a variety known for its exceptional flavor and creamy texture. The Pearson Family has been tending to the same pecan trees planted five generations ago! Even with all this time, they are still the number one tastiest pecan around.
