Florida Honey Tangerines

Our Honey Tangerines are a cross between a tangerine and a sweet orange developed way back in 1922. Many of our long-time customers will remember this variety, also known as a Murcott. This dynamite tangerine, often seedless, has several unique characteristics. These include a greenish-tint to its skin and a surprisingly bright, tangerine flavor. It boasts the highest sugar content of all our citrus varieties. And because of their smaller size and easy peelin’, they’re perfect for school lunches and light snacks.

January Offering

With this super-sweet tangerine, they are available for just a short time. We’ll be offering them on our Online Store in 3lb bags for $10.

This nutrition power-house will no doubt satisfy your citrus craving while keeping you and your family healthy as we draw closer to spring. It’s been said that if you ate a tangerine every day, you’d never know what the common cold was!
