Something special from Wisconsin
When fall hits, a new harvest time begins. Wisconsin is our home state, and we’re proud to include one of our state’s treasured fruit as a fall offering alongside Oregon pears and New Mexico pistachios.
Harvest to Order
Unfortunately, grocery store apples go into deep, cold storage and are “gassed” to preserve them for as long as a year… or even longer! We only provide freshly harvested Honeycrisp apples when in season, never from cold storage.
“These were the best tasting apples that I have ever had!”
In Season Fruit
Florida Satsuma Mandarins
A sweet and tangy variety, yet relatively low in acid for a citrus. This makes them a perfect healthy fruit snack for kids and adults.
Red Ruby Grapefruit
The finest grapefruit in the world come from the Indian River area of Florida.
We work predominantly with the Elliot variety of pecans, a variety known for its beautiful golden brown color and unique creaminess, sweetness, and exceptional flavor.
New Mexico Pistachios
We were stunned by how delicious these are, as well as their vibrant green avocado-esque color!
Out of season
In our “Winter Mix” of pears you’ll find delicious varieties that are seldom grown in large scale: Taylor’s Gold, Warren, and Comice. And even with varieties you might recognize, you’ll taste the amazing difference when our pears are allowed to mature on the tree and are harvested at their peak.
