This recipe features our Wisconsin raw and unpasteurized Clover & Wildflower Honey.
Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp Unsalted butter, softened and cubed
- 4 Tbsp Buckwheat Honey
- 1/4 Tsp Kosher salt
Instructions
- In a mixer with whip attachment, combine all ingredients and whip on low until all ingredients are incorporated for 3-4 minutes. Whip on high speed for an additional 7-10 minutes until butter is pale in color.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one month in a sealed container.
