The majority of our products are harvested to order. We accept pre-orders for your fruit and we deliver them as soon as they’re ready. This means that you may not receive your order immediately after placing your order. All products listed on our Online Store will provide dates for shipment.
We send a shipping confirmation via email when your purchase has shipped. Most deliveries will be in transit for 1-2 days.
All packages are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid delays in transit over the weekend. If any product is currently in stock and ready to ship, any orders received by Wednesday of each week will be shipped the next Monday. Any orders received after the Wednesday cut-off will be shipped the following week.
While orders are shipped to allow for delivery before the weekend, weather conditions could be a factor. Expected temperatures below 30F on the expected day of delivery (or extreme heat) could delay shipment.
We highly recommend watching for your fruit to be delivered as fresh fruit can be damaged by extreme temperatures. For best results, we encourage shipping to an address where someone can accept delivery, like a neighbor, a relative, or even your workplace!
We try our best to accommodate size of fruit selection, however, if a size you ordered is unavailable we will ship the next closest size of fruit unless instructed differently. We are limited to a certain extent as we can only provide what sizes are being harvested. Example: if a case of large sized grapefruit are unavailable, we will ship medium sized grapefruit.
We reserve the right to correct any incorrectly published prices in printed or electronic publications.

Due to USDA regulations, certain products cannot be shipped to certain states (i.e. Arizona and California). We reserve the right to cancel any orders that apply.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
We make every effort to keep shipping and handling charges to a minimum. That being said, we work with several shipping carriers. In the Midwest, we work with Spee-Dee Delivery Service, Inc. Outside the Spee-Dee delivery zone, we work with UPS, Fed-Ex, and the USPS. We reserve the right to utilize the carrier of our choosing.
All orders are shipped according to weight and destination. Once your shipping address is entered for your order, you will be quoted the shipping and handling charges.
Making sure that you receive your order in perfect condition is our highest priority. Unfortunately, as with all packages, our packages could potentially be damaged during transit. If this happens for any reason, please contact our customer service at email@example.com or via phone at 888-TREE-RIPE (873-3747). We guarantee all purchases and will replace any packages damaged in transit.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, please double check all addresses carefully. Many carriers will not forward packages, or deliver to PO Boxes.
